This project was a flip house that my dad and I worked on. Our primary objective was to renovate and redesign the interior and exterior of the house to make it more attractive and functional.

To achieve this, we did a touch-up in the interior by adding new paint and elegant yet straightforward furniture that blended well with the house's overall atmosphere. We wanted to create a comfortable and inviting living space while being mindful of the project's budget.

For the exterior, we completely redesigned it by retiling the parking area, creating a small deck over the water tank, adding grass and other decorative elements to the garden, and repainting the gate and external facade to give the house a modern and fresh look.

Our efforts resulted in a beautiful and welcoming home that we were proud to present to potential buyers. The project was a success and gave us a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.
